SUS-A app for iPhone and iPad

The System Usability Scale - App (SUS-A) is intended for human factors practitioners, usability engineers, user experience researchers and designers, and other individuals needing a statistically valid and reliable usability rating for a system under review.

SUS-A is a digital version of the System Usability Scale developed by John Brooke in 1986. It replaces administration using paper and pencil by having the participant respond to the 10 scale statements on a mobile device. It eliminates the need of any post-test data collation and processing for individual score determination, and includes a mean score, updated as each participant completes the scale.
